Paper-Coated Magnet by NOMEX After being drawn or extruded from electrical round aluminum rod or oxygen-free copper rod using a particular mold, wire is wrapped in NOMEX paper of Type T410 from the US Du Pont Company. The best material for NOMEX paper wrapped wire is electrical bare copper or aluminum wire that has undergone an extrusion process.

By extrusion of bare aluminum wire wrapped and NOMEX Paper covered wire, the mechanical performance and electrical performance better, instead of making difficult composite enameled flat wire. NOMEX covered conductors are more effective in condition where temperature resistance and dielectric strength requirements are high.

NOMEX covering corresponds to class H insulation is mainly used in the construction of condensers and capacitors. Main application of it is in shielding of cables in high temp. environment (200°C) such as dry type transformers,winding of lifting electromagnet, electric welding machine, military and aerospace cables.

Product Material

Aluminum flat wire should meet the requirements of GB5584.3-2009, and the resistivity at 20℃ is not more than 0.0280Ωmm²/m

Copper flat wire should comply with the provisions of GB5584.2-2009, and the resistivity at 20℃ is not greater than 0.017241Ωmm²/m

Wide side: 3.0mm-25.0mm

Copper flat wire: Narrow side:0.9mm-5.6mm

Wide side: 2.0mm-16.0mm

Aluminum/Copper round wire: ɸ1.7- ɸ8.0
