

Product Overview
The dry-type transformer is mainly composed of an iron core composed of silicon steel sheet and an epoxy resin cast coil. An insulation tube is placed between the high and low voltage coils to increase electrical insulation. The coils are supported and constrained by a pad an epoxy resin cast power transformer, unique in that its iron core and windings are not immersed in insulating oil. Its cooling methods mainly include natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF).
From iron core production to resin casting and assembly, the entire process is self-made by Yubian.This produce method results in iron cores with smaller gaps, lower losses, reduced noise, longer lifespan, and improved production efficiency and product qualification rates.
In addition to the excellent process structure, short circuit resistance, high level of lightning impact, the dry transformer we produce also has the characteristics of resistance to moisture, dust, low noise and so on, which can go deep into the load center. Widely used in high-rise buildings, airports, stations, terminals, power plants, substations and so on. Especially suitable for installation and use in inflammable and explosive places with high fire protection requirements.
The standard transformer produced by our company is without a shell, and the protection grade is IP20. If the customer needs to provide the protection shell. The shell can be made of ordinary steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy and other materials according to customer requirements, and pickling, phosphating, spraying and other treatment. The temperature control display instrument and load recorder are installed o n the low pressure side of the housing, which is convenient for users to observe, safe and reliable.
